This site was created by a home baker with a love of baking and a love of the possibilities of the internet. My friends, family and I often “go to the web” to gather information, learn new things and share with others, but we could not find a really good “tutorial” site using video exclusively dedicated to helping people enjoy, share and improve their baking skills.

Yes, Youtube has many many baking videos, but we found that sorting them all out was a big job, and too often a search for baking videos returned videos that were off-topic or worse!

We have had a lot of fun trying to put a site together that people will use and enjoy. This is our first internet venture, so we really would love to hear your thoughts, impressions, suggestions, etc…
While no doubt it may take some time for people to discover and begin using www.uKnead.com, we think it has the potential to be a really good way to promote the wonderful hobby of baking and create a vibrant group of people who share a common hobby.
